Welcome to VIVA SOLE (“VIVA SOLE,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchases made through www.vivasole.us and any related online services, content, features, or tools provided via our Shopify-powered platform (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Each VIVA SOLE piece is handcrafted in limited quantities by skilled artisans.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, subtle variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not defects but characteristics of authentic craftsmanship.

  • Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be updated at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed when you receive an email from VIVA SOLE.

  • VIVA SOLE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.

  • Orders placed via the Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • All prices are listed in USD. Taxes, shipping, customs, and additional charges (if any) are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

  • VIVA SOLE reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or availability at any time without notice.

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize VIVA SOLE to charge the full amount of your order.

  • In the case of pricing errors, VIVA SOLE may cancel or adjust orders.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. and Italian public holidays.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfers to you.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy [LINK].

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet all outlined conditions to be eligible.

VIVA SOLE is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure for our Services. All purchases are made directly with VIVA SOLE. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the Services.
