At VIVA SOLE, every pair is thoughtfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may return your order for any reason.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, your item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Include all original packaging (shoebox, dust bags, protective sole film, inserts)
• Include receipt or proof of purchase
Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging/protective elements may be declined.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@vivasole.us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, our Client Services team will send you:
• Return instructions
• Return address
• (If applicable) a return shipping label -
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping & Responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
VIVA SOLE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired size or style. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
