We currently ship to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates, with global expansion coming soon.

• Orders are fulfilled from our facilities in the U.S. (Eastern Standard Time).
• Processing hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (local time), excluding U.S. Holidays.
• Please allow 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping is complimentary via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• United States: 2–4 business days
• Europe & UK: 2–5 business days
• UAE & International: 3–6 business days
Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you authorize delivery without a signature, VIVA SOLE cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Prices shown on vivasole.com are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, customs, and duties.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery—transparency is at the core of our service.
Duties & International Orders
• All cross-border orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — taxes and duties are settled in advance.
• Packages ship from our hub in Miami, USA, with all required customs documentation.
• If customs authorities require additional information, our Client Services team will contact you.
